Authors are invited to submit papers up to 6 pages, written in English, describing the results of their research, or of their innovative, practical applications relevant to the conference topics. All papers must be original contributions and not previously published, nor currently under consideration, for publication elsewhere. All papers will be submitted online, in PDF format using IEEE standard template, to the conference website. Each paper will be reviewed by the program committee for its originality, relevance, and clarity. Accepted papers will be made available in IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

Double-Blind Peer Review
RIVF 2016 uses double-blind review, which means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from each other throughout the review process. To facilitate this, authors need to remove names and affiliations under the title within the manuscript and to ensure that the manuscript is written so as not to give away their identity.
Post-conference journal publications
Extended versions of selected best papers will be invited for publication in the following prestigious international journals.
