Instruction for Camera-ready preparation
1 - Paper template
+ Paper Length: Up to 6 pages, including figures, tables and references. At maximum, two additional pages are permitted with over-length page charge of US$100/page, to be paid during author registration.
2 – Paper correction
As much as possible, please take into account all comments of the reviewers to improve your papers.
3 – IEEE Copyright line in the paper (Note: This is not applicable to accepted papers with SHORT ORAL PRESENTATION to be published in the Conference Addendum Proceedings)
Adding the IEEE Copyright line to the left bottom of the first page (mandatory)
· For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
· For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 978-1-5090-4134-3/16/$31.00 ©2016 Crown
· For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 978-1-5090-4134-3/16/$31.00 ©2016 European Union
· For all other papers the copyright notice is: 978-1-5090-4134-3/16/$31.00 ©2016 IEEE
+ For Latex users: Let suppose that you are in the last group (above), you can add these Latex lines before the \maketitle
+ For Word users: using Textbox.

Please do not add page numbers or other header/footer
4 - Using PDF eXpress for Xplore compatibility
All of the papers must be compatible with IEEE standards, so they must be checked by using PDF eXpress

Please remember adding the copyright line before checking. After that, using the checked (.pdf) file for your camera-ready version. The Word users can upload .doc, .docx file to pdf eXpress for conversion and checking
IMPORTANT: Any changes made to a PDF after IEEE PDF eXpress conversion or PDF Checking may invalidate Xplore compatibility. This includes headers, page numbers,
copyright notice, watermarks, etc.
After getting checked file, you can see the ‘Certified by IEEE PDFeXpress….’ in the pdf property as the following Figure.
5 - Uploading final version
Compress the checked pdf file and other source files (latex, word,..) to .zip, and change its extension to .mx (i.e., paperID.zip.mx), then uploading to the EasyChair system
6 - Copyright form (Note: This is not applicable to accepted papers with SHORT ORAL PRESENTATION to be published in the Conference Addendum Proceedings)
Each paper must be submitted a copyright form.

Please note that:
+ If your camera-ready file is not received from the IEEE PDF eXpress, your paper will be excluded from the RIVF proceedings since it does not contain the IEEE Xplore compliance information.
+ Violations of any of the above paper specifications may result in rejection of your paper.
